Preschool/Head Start

If your child will be 3 or 4 years old on or before August 1, 2023 you may register. 

New Student Registration Dates (By appointment Only)

Friday, March 3rd    8am-2pm
Friday, March 31st    8am-2pm
Thursday, April 13th    3pm-6pm
Friday, May 5th    8am-2pm

Please bring the following to registration:
  1. Certified Birth Certificate
  2. Proof of Income for 2022 (Tax return, W-2, or last 12 months pay stubs, verification of child support, K-Tap, and/or Social Security/SSI/Student Financial Aid, SNAP letter).
  3. Child's Social Security Card (optional)
  4. Proof of Health Insurance/Medical Card
  5. Custody Papers (If Applicable)
  6. Proof of Residence - Please provide 2 of the following - Current KY Driver's License/KY Vehicle Registration/Recent utility bill/Rental agreement/Deed or loan agreement/KY Voter Registration
Registration will be held at Calloway County Preschool/Head Start
2106 - A College Farm Rd.
Murray, KY 42071

Transportation services are provided. Calloway will pick-up and drop-off in the Calloway County School District.
Head Start staff will assist families to understand and access transportation options in order to participate in Head Start program activities.
